3 EASY STEPS TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE

Remember, you can’t force confidence upon anyone. And that includes yourself.
So, back to the old rule…
⚡️ Change takes time.
Here are my 3 tricks for building confidence.
1. Write down and really get to know your strengths, forget the things you are “bad” at. Let’s strengthen our strengths first.
2. Pick a challenge. Ask yourself, does it scare you? And will it change you?
3. Write a plan and commit to doing it. A 6 week time frame is as long as I would suggest to get started. 6 weeks is long enough for you to struggle and also long enough to see change. And therefore you will see a growth in confidence.
When I feel my most confident, I am slowly ticking boxes/goals I set for myself. I am not talking about world records, I am talking about waking up, knowing I didn’t cheat myself and feeling genuinely proud inside.
Stand tall, walk tall, knowing you feel proud of a little win every day.
