We designed a speed session with group drills in between to test our girls concentration while their fatigued built.
It was inspirational!

BALI BURNER

1. SPEED
Shuttles
One partner works
The other partner rests.
3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 12m 9m, 6m, 3m
Repeat X 3

 

 
2. TRIANGLE
Set up 3 lines
1 ball is passed to the line with the most players and the passer must then run to the other line to fill the gap.
Aim of this drill is to make sure every line is balanced with equal players in each.
x 2 minutes

 

 

3. SPEED
Shuttles
One partner works. The other partner rests.
Start at cone & run up & back to 12m. Repeat x 2
Then the other partner goes.
Repeat X 3

 

4. “Z” DRILL

4 lines.
Players pass straight then they pass across.
x 2 minutes

 

5. SPEED
3 min steady pace running. Push yourself!

 

6. PINGS

2 lines.
Players run through a straight line and release the ball to the opposite side.
x 2 minutes
