Bircher Muesli - NETFIT Netball

This recipe is brilliant to make it in bulk and store for three days, meaning having breakfast in a rush can be less rushed.


1 Cup Rolled Oats
3⁄4 Cup of Milk of choice

1 Apple grated or finely chopped
1 Punnet Blueberries
2 Tbsp Toasted Slivered Almonds
2 Tsp Honey
1⁄2 Tsp Cinnamon
1⁄2 Cup Yoghurt


1. Soak the rolled oats in milk overnight.

2. Add all other remaining ingredients except berries and mix well.

3. Serve with berries and a few toasted almonds on top.
