Not having to think hard before 7am or refuelling after a workout, this is the perfect smoothie for you.
2 Frozen over ripe bananas 1/3 cup oats
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tsp Honey
1⁄2 Cup greek yoghurt (we like Chobani)
2 Cups of Milk of choice
1. Place all ingredients into high speed blender. Blend for 1 minute or until oats and ice have ground completely.
2. Serve with extra chia seeds & a drizzle of honey.
