IMPROVED CHANGE OF DIRECTION, BALANCE AND COORDINATION – AGILITY TRAINING
– By Sarah Wall –
Agility is your body’s ability to be quick, graceful and efficiently on court. It is how quickly that you can change direction on court that matters and the position of your body while maintaining control.
We have included a variety of agility drills within our NETFIT program that all of our members can do at home. Solo or with a partner.
Have you ever watched Kim Green change direction? Her movements are dynamic, fluid and perfectly balanced. Agility training encourages the body to develop balance in the midst of dynamic movement. Practicing quick stops and starts, hand-eye coordination and speed help the body work as a whole. When the body is working in sync, movements become more fluid for smooth coordinated transitions.
Complete each agility exercise for 1min. Have 2min rest. Complete x3
You will see improvement on court.
You will find the full video when you purchase the 1 year membership.
