At NETFIT, we are always looking for creative ways to work on our netball skills. In the backyard with a friend or group sessions at netball training.
Personally, I love a challenge. You can put any timing on this if you want to bring out your competitive spirit with a team mate.
Complete the challenge for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest. Rest for 2mins between sets. Complete x3

2. FRONT & BACK PASSING
3. FLICK BACKS
4. PASS & TURN
6. DRIVE ON
