INGREDIENTS 

– 2 tbsp fresh raspberries
– 2 cups water
– ½ tsp ginger, minced
– 1 lemon freshly squeezed
– Pinch sea salt
– 1 tbsp raw honey
 

HOW TO

1. Soak berries and ginger for 4-8 hours in 2 cups of pure or filtered water.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
