ARM & CORE CHALLENGE

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bosu ball
1-3 kg Dumbbells
Netball or 1-2kg Medball

THE CHALLENGE

1 minute x RDL with knee drive
1 minute x Medball rotations around body
1 minute x boxing straight/high
Complete each side x 3 sets

TIPS

Try and keep as balanced as possible – if you are finding this hard complete the exercises without any weight.I always make sure my big toe is pushing down through the bosu ball to keep better balance.

CORE & ROWING CHALLENGE

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Rowing machine
Netball or Medball

THE CHALLENGE

10 x Double knee drive
10 x Leg lift each side
6 x Elbow to hand push ups
Complete X 3 sets

TIPS

Make sure your back is in a flat position and you aren’t arching your back. If you are arching grab a bench nearby and place it where your arms go so you are level with the rower and not on the floor.
