🕔 Leave overnight – ready for you when you wake!


-1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
– ½ Cup Milk of choice (We prefer Skim milk but you can use Almond milk, Full cream milk, etc.)
– 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
– Drizzle Honey


– Handful of fruit (Eg raspberry, strawberries, pomegranates, coconut, seeds & peanut butter) 
– Big scoop of Chobani Yogurt 
– More honey if desired


1. Combine Oats, Chia seeds, Milk & honey in bowl or container. 
2. Mix together
3. Cover & place in fridge overnight. This is where the MAGIC happens.
4. Heat up in microwave for 40secs if you like them warm or just eat it straight from the fridge. 
5. Serve with your favourite fruit & yogurt
