INGREDIENTS 
– 2 bananas (1 roughly chopped and frozen, 1 whole)
– 200 ml coconut milk
– 1 dessert apple, roughly chopped
– 400 g mixed berries (e.g. blueberries, raspberries and/or strawberries)
– Filtered or spring water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the frozen banana, coconut milk and apple in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth, adding a little water if it is too thick.
3. Divide the smoothie between two bowls and scatter over the coconut chips.
