1) I mentally plan my day. I call it the art of chunking.It’s helps me stay completely in the moment and stops me overthinking.

2) I take five minutes before I head out of the door to sit and close my eyes and visualise how I would like my day to run. I imagine myself speaking with passion, calmness and confidence in that meeting I might be nervous about, taking a walk at lunchtime and being super productive with my workload.

3) I also say to myself every morning, “what exciting opportunity is coming our way today?”

4) I also remind myself that everyone is fighting a battle. So I don’t get disappointed if I run into negativity. I just control my output and send out high vibes as best that I can.
