INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 cups plain flour
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 egg
– 1 banana

TOPPINGS


– Your favourite berries
– Drizzle maple syrup
– Chobani yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS


– Mash the banana in a bowl
– Add milk, melted butter, egg, flour and stir till combined.
– Pour mix into a hot pan.
– Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the sides and centre of each pancake.
– Flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
