SPRAINED LEFT ANKLE = SPIRITUAL SIDE: Stepping forward in life. To go forward, you need incentive.

ACHILLES LEFT:  Must move forward with respect for yourself.

LEFT FOOT: difficulty in finding the means to go forward in life.

LEFT ARMS: Taking control of your emotions in your personal life.

LEFT SHOULDER: Guilt is stopping you from being responsible to understand yourself, so that you can just be yourself.

LEFT THUMB: be flexible when learning you are. You are your only block.

LEFT FIRST FINGER: need to becoming organized with your direction.

LEFT SECOND FINGER: need more common sense

LEFT  THIRD FINGER: Have belief in your own creativity

LEFT LITTLE FINGER: work on your ability to communicate. You grow from doing for self to help others.

LEFT  SIDE CRAMP: guilty thoughts of what you have done or have not done.

RIGHT KNEE = PHYSICAL DIRECTION: Learning from everything you do. Be proactive in taking responsibility in life. Read more and upskill.

RIGHT STRAINED ANKLE: PHYSICAL SIDE: Visualise the reality of your direction. Need to grow confidence.

ACHILLES RIGHT:  You need to be an example to show others.

RIGHT FOOT: build your solid foundation in your own life before moving forward

RIGHT ARMS: Taking control of your physical load making sure you are not overworked.

RIGHT SHOULDER: Guilt is causing you to not take responsibility to bring gains for yourself, from whatever you do.

RIGHT THUMB: Be flexible and creative. Make sure of your own needs first.

 RIGHT FIRST FINGER: Need to be directed to grasp what you want.

RIGHT SECOND FINGER: Need for doing things with positivity is sensible.

RIGHT THIRD FINGER: Doing things for others, without expecting in return.
